Love the location and the charming courtyard but the walls are thin and it takes FOREVER for the water to become hot (which makes doing dishes and showering take a lot longer). The price is fair, but it's far from perfect.

My apartment is amazing, vintage yet updated wit nice paint and appliances are new. Staff is very friendly and helpful - I have lived here for 3 years and never had a problem.
