I wrote a post and apparently they took it down. The office manager lied to my face about not having any men working in their office. One of those men gave me permission to park in their visitor parking area while I took care of some animals. I have been parking there since they opened 4 yrs ago and today they put a sticker on my car threatening to tow my it. Management is top notch! I love living here! They throw community events for us (like fun pool parties), great deal on parking, clean gym, beautiful pool- the list goes on and on.
Chelsea, Steven, PJ and Suzanne - you guys rock... I'm saddened to read some of these other ridiculous reviews on FB, Yelp and Google. People can be real morons. And it's worse when they decided to slander Alta City online. That makes them morons and a-holes... Maybe if people realize that they're the root of their problem, they would take the time to slow down and realize that this building is in great shape, provides them with all the resources they need to live a peaceful, clean, and relaxed life. Worst place I have ever lived! I wouldn't even recommend this apartment building to my worst enemy. If I could give it a -10 I would. They tried sending us to collections based on a lie and of course we won because they had no proof of any wrong doing on our part. They also let anyone walk into your home anytime of day for no reason and give keys to 3rd parties that don't work for the building. Very unsafe! Good luck if you choose to live here, it will be the worst home you will ever live. Headache after headache.
