They don’t want to fix issues! We have black mold growing in the furnace area because of either a leaking pipe or a bad wax ring or both. We can’t find out because the maintenance man who he sent and was actually trying to help us was not allowed to cut out a piece of the hallway that was soft from water being up there to check the pipe because landlord said it would be too much to replace the drywall.
