Purchasing a remodeled house in Los Angeles and seen a few things that didn’t look right… Got on the phone and called my friends at City Inspection Inc. Scheduled an appointment and they inspected everything from upstairs to downstairs the basement and attic! We found a few mistakes but nothing major and it lowered the total price of the house! Thanks to City Inspection Inc!
Came out and did an inspection for our house, these guys were great punctual and made it easy for us to decide on which house to buy
Needed a home inspection, these guys came out and were able to create a detailed report on all the problems they found. It helped us make our decission when we bought our house. I used City Inspection services for an inspection of a short sale property. He was very thorough in both the inspection and the explanation of what he had found. The report, which was extremely detailed, was provided via email on the next day. I would use his services again in the future, and highly recommend him.
City Inspection Inc (james) was awesome!! Very detailed with his inspections and a very friendly person. Explained everything in everyday English with nothing left out. He will find anything and everything good, bad and ugly about the property he is inspecting. I would highly recommend him and would use his company again in the future. Keep up the great work!
