I met Larry Fiorenza (license number: 9059142) and Constantino at City Homes Boston Real Estate to look for a 1 bed room apartment. I did not finish the application process because they were unreasonably expecting us to pay huge amounts of money up front. When we decided not to proceed with the application, I was charged $375 by the broker even though the contact says that this fee is due only after the application is complete and approved. I had a great experience working with John to find my studio. He was reliable, listened to my requests for an apartment, was kind, and went above and beyond, sending me a card after I moved into my new place, and checking in rt before my move-in date to make sure I had everything I needed from the landlords.
