We just had City Home Comfort install a Panasonic electric heat pump for the AC and furnace, and they're the best! It's actually the 2nd time we've used them, and honestly I'd def recommend them to anyone. My aunt who’s 67 now had those guys do an oil to natural gas conversion during summer of 2022 in Etobicoke. They put in a Trane S9X2 furnace with a single stage seer13 AC. At the time I asked why they were not putting in the newer Trane S9V2 furnace with ECM motor and pair with a higher seer heat pump (for dual fuel) instead, they said it was due to supply chain.
