The technician was thorough, complete and kindly answered all of my questions.
City Home Comfort installed a new heat pump when my old AC finally died. Shawn & team were a pleasure to work with and were very responsive to questions and concerns. Everything has been working great and I've stayed nice & cool during our recent heat waves. One small issue that is not the fault of City Home is lack of good documentation provided by the thermostat manufacturer. Some interest research is required to maximize its capabilities.

I am a former Sears customer. I have been quite satisfied with staying with Home Comfort. Gracjan and Ahzar i would highly recommend, especially if you are in a complicated emergency situation with your furnace or A/C. They saved the day for my family more than once.
