I had City install my furnace just over four years ago. The blower motor failed. Not great for a furnace under four years. After an unnecessarily long process , , their sole supplier could not get the part. Unlike many other HVAC providers that could get the part the next day. Part was under warranty so low priority to come and install despite temperatures reaching 35 to 40Degrees C. Not impressed . They sent me an appointment reminder and did not show until a week later. Consistently excellent service from installation through two years of regular maintenance. Each tech has been a pleasure to deal with and has shown a commitment to service and to customer satisfaction. Shaun of CHC provided a comprehensive estimate and descriptions for several different furnace brands and models with a recommendation for the appropriate size for my home.
