City Home Comfort did a great job installing our heat pump and furnace, and Shawn was very knowledgeable during the sales and estimation process. Unfortunately, the experience changed once the sale was finalized. After installation, our gas fireplace — which worked perfectly before — stopped working. We had a York heat pump and furnace installed. The price was very competitive and the team that installed It did a great job. Have had them back for a minor repair all covered under the warranty no questions asked and the repair was done very professionally. You’re in great hands with city home comfort.

Shawn at City Home Comfort spent a lot of time explaining and helping us in choosing the right product for our new house (a 3 ton Midea heat pump). Their installers Ken Bao and V were very friendly and professional and did an excellent job in the installation of the heat pump.They also did some extra work for us without charge. I have full confidence in them for our maintenance work going forward. All in all, a very good experience. Thank you City Home Comfort.

We have been ciustomers fo over 10yrs. CHC have serviced our furnacesand are always very reliable. When there haas been an emergency, they have always been very prompt in coming out. They have also been very helpful in advising us when a unit needs to be replaced. I have no hesitation in giving them my full endorsement. Mark Derry.
