I would recommend City Home Comfort to install your next furnace. Shawn was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding different furnaces. I am very happy with my purchase of a Trane furnace and Shawn went over and above to provide me with a good price and a great installer Ken who helped adjust my furnace’s blower to provide additional heat to my cold bedroom.
They are knowledgeable. I had someone come by with good suggestions for my HVAC issue. However I never received a follow up estimate for the work. Even after emailing and texting several times...I basically got ghosted. I normally wouldn't leave a review, but they've also asked me 3 times to leave one - in spite of me responding letting them know I'm still waiting on an estimate. I'm sure when you get their service, it's good. They were recommended...but I, personally, have not had a good experience and they keep nagging for... read more
The customer service specialist was very knowledgeable, professional and provided a clear understands of the options for a new furnace. The technician on site was experienced and the installation was top notch.
