Dentist Yeo and her technician, Maria, were way below what I have expected for my first visit. Maria took so many unnecessary x-rays, and Dr. Yeo was indifferent and arrogant. The office staff was no better. Your response was off the mark. Maria struggled to get x-rays right (inexperience and/or ill training?) and took several repeat attempts.
