You just can't argue with the value you get here if you do your research - price per sq. ft, amenities, location, are all exceptional. Personally I love the dog park because me or my boyfriend can walk the dog at any hour of the day or night in a large, well-lit, secured green space...and we never have to worry about it. Pool and gym are also nice and reserved parking is a big benefit. The discount you get for this being a slightly older building (built in like 1980, I think) is amazing. I got my place for well under $100k here and comparable square footage in newer buildings was literally double the price. But I was able to upgrade a ton of stuff and now my place is sleek and modern and I absolutely adore it. The community is great. I work from home so like a change of scenery and I love that they have free wifi at the pool and in the clubroom. Pretty much one day each week I go work at one or the other.T... read more

I'm so glad I ended up buying here - I thought about a lot of other newer intown places in Midtown and Inman Park but you just get so much more for your money here. If you haven't visited it, you should because it's tough to tell how much you get from pictures online. When people talk about the park on the property you have to see it to understand that it's truly a PARK - grass, trees, and bigger than both of the dogparks at Piedmont combined. I've lived in several dorms, many many apartments and a couple of houses but this is by far my favorite place. You don't realize how nice it will be to have a 24 hour concierge until something's wrong with your car and you need a jump, or all your Christmas packages arrive from UPS and you don't get one of those stupid "We missed you" slips and, instead, you get a call that says "Your package is here, you can pick it up at your convenience." Awesome community, very friendly people and the amenities are great - pool, gym, concierge, dog walking trail. Best thing for me is the prices...these are really nice units that are affordable for someone working on even a lower salary then most homeowners. I love it here and don't plan to leave any time soon. If you're on the fence, come check the place out...you'll see what's great about it.
