I was contacted by City Health Care Services about a job opportunity and was provided with orientation dates. I prepared and waited for further instructions, but after that, I never received any follow-up call or communication. I understand hiring processes can change, but not informing applicants is unprofessional and frustrating. Better communication would really help improve the experience for future candidates.
