Our experience with City Granite was horrific. The initial phases were fine -- choosing the stone, leaving a deposit, contract terms -- but their ineptitude and lack of professionalism became evident as soon as they attempted to install the product. They arrived for the first installation attempt late with damaged stone. The second attempt was no better.
