I asked of the impossible for a Stained Glass project and they were successful in completing the project, customer service was amazing and I could not more highly recommend
I ordered a window to replace in a front door. I gave the lady on the phone the exact demunsions. I ordered it a full inch thick. She took it upon herself to only order it 1/2" thick because she said that would have been a commercial size. I saw it when I picked it up and questioned it but they didn't want to do anything to correct it. Now I have a widow that want fit.

Excellent service and craftsmanship, and wow they are quick. I was expecting my order within a day or so, but they called me for pick-up while I was still on my way home from making the order
