My wife took my car there. It cost me almost $600 to replace spark plugs and one coil. The most ridiculous thing I have ever seen is that one of their workers drove my car on the tollway before actually fixing it, which cost me toll fees and gas. If it were not for my bank overdraft alert, I wouldn't even notice that. They refunded me the cost. But I am still pissed at whoever did that. I will follow up with them on whoever did it and the legal obligations.
