Wow is an understatement on what Jay can do for any floral design or decoration. He surpassed all my expectations for my wedding at Terranea Resort. We initially showed him a couple pictures from pinterest and told him this is the style we're looking for. He took the pictures and transformed it into something we could never imagine. Terrible customer service, ignored our emails after he found out we wanted a smaller floral package because we weren’t meeting his “minimums”. When questioned what those minimums were, he didn’t respond to our emails.
Worked with Jay for my wedding arrangements. Every trepidation a bride can have was set to ease, and the arrangements were exactly as I hoped. Such an awesome person to work with and exceptional work. Highly recommend.
