owner and workers are rude and terrible attitude. owner did my eyebrows in such a hurry and didn’t even ask me what shape i wanted my eyebrows to be. then when i asked for straight eyebrows, she did the complete opposite and gave me arched eyebrows. terrible services, and then after threading my brows didn’t put aftercare like they used to.

This business just lost a customer who has been coming her every 2-3 weeks for the past 8 years. I am used to one lady doing my eyebrows, I only once asked when she is working because I haven’t seen her in a while I was informed by the lady on the third chair from the entrance that she is only here on the weekend. RUDE!!! DOOR OPEN WHILE I WAS HALF NAKED!!! ⚠️ Warning — Do NOT go here ⚠️ I went for an armpit and Brazilian wax with Purvi the first time, and everything was great—smooth experience, no issues at all.
