Careful with being forced to pay for services the start doing without your consent. I’ve been coming here for years, and always a normal experience. BUT this changed when recently my mother was forced to pay for a service she declined. BEWARE if you’re getting you lips waxed, they may immediately add additional was a make you pay it. This place is changing in a terrible way!
Would rate 0 stars for customer service in false advertisement. Owner is rude and money hungry. Charges extra services without communicating/notice.
This experience was absolutely horrible. I got a brazilian and Purvi used the same stick for the entire service, blew on the wax with her mouth to cool it down, and used the same paper during the whole wax which is all extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. She also continuously opened the door during my service and at one point when she shut the door the paper she was using got stuck to and shut in the door and she ripped it off and continued to use that paper.
