This experience was absolutely horrible. I got a brazilian and Purvi used the same stick for the entire service, blew on the wax with her mouth to cool it down, and used the same paper during the whole wax which is all extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. She also continuously opened the door during my service and at one point when she shut the door the paper she was using got stuck to and shut in the door and she ripped it off and continued to use that paper. Worst waxing experience and results I’ve ever had. Went in with the intention of getting a bikini wax. The owner very quickly convinced me to go Brazilian, with little conversation. She double dipped the stick, she used the same sheet over and over to pull out the hair. I had to ask her to get a new sheet, it was full of hair and was very painful. Went here to get my eyebrows done and though the lady followed my instructions on how i wanted them shaped, she cut me under my brow.
