I've never had a bad experience at any other city Electric other than the Rockford location. The manager was clearly upset that he even had to get up out of his seat to ring us out. The counter kid genuinely didn't seem like he knew what we were asking about which was fine, but they didn't even offer to check if any of the other branches had anything which is what most other branches will do. I recommend every other branch but this one. 2 stars because they had the washers we needed.
These people really know their trade and really work to hook you up with the best quality and price. Deffinitely returning here for my next project.
Staff always super helpful. Even during what looked like inventory work. They offered some great alternatives for facilities staff.
If you need electrical supplies or tools, City Electric supply is where to go. The gents there are A+, not only are they friendly and knowledgeable in the field they are down to earth folks. Give Ken, Nathan, or Brad a call. You will not be disappointed.
