I bought some material in the Raleigh area and my home office is in Charlotte. We use CES all over the State and needed to return $137.34 worth of material that we over bought. The guys were too busy eating lunch to really fool with me and told me "we are a franchise" and couldn't return Raleigh stuff since we never got your credit card or cash.
