Great hotel better then most of the others in its chain
From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome and valued. The staff were cheerful and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly. My room was large, elegant, and extremely clean. The breakfast offered plenty of tasty options, and the coffee was excellent. The location was convenient for exploring but quiet enough for a restful night. The attention to detail here is impressive — everything felt thoughtfully done.
旅伴在Dockland訂了AirBnB一個房間兩人住 卻硬要擠3個人，被房東拒絕 情急之下，當天16點在Agoda找到這裏讓我們能3個人住4個晚上，意外來到Box Hills 這個華人區 在電車火車站走路就能到的距離，附近的商場真的超~多~可以吃的 很多市區分散的店，都集中在這裡 除了床鋪跟洗手台比較小 還有洗澡的蓮蓬頭是在背後以外，沒什麼缺點； 洗衣機洗衣粉烘衣機曬衣架電熨斗吹風機都有提供！ 讓我們天天都想帶宵夜回來，用電視看Netflix 插座熱水器茶葉餐具廚房類也很齊全 3個人4個晚上總額大約是NTD11,500（USD$385，AU$575） 10點退房，有車位，押金$100可用現金（接待人主動推薦這做法） 還有中文服務，並給予3張房卡，確保出門時洗衣機烘衣機能同時運作 要不是有這裡 我們可能真的要睡車站，露宿街頭了😂
very spacious and good location which is very close towards box central which makes it very close and convenient plus a respectful receptionist who is always available and can help you if you find an problems
