My experience with City East Community Mental Health has definitely been a great experience which for a public service surprised me very much. They have been exceptionally good with support that I cannot fault. Case Manager Kurt has gone above and beyond and has been there throughout the whole process. Doctors, nurses, Case workers, reception all wonderful. If I could rate them higher I would.

I returned to Australia after 10 years out of country, I came back due to a cyber attack that compromised everything. These guys, 11 months later, and me needing a letter to explain why they gave me a particular drug they shouldn't have that was branded under a different name, are telling me I need a freedom of information request to access my own medical records and have this letter written. I'm honestly deeply annoyed at their conduct. It's something simple and I keep getting imported, lazy doctors gaslighting me and refus... read more
