Absolutely useless past a cuppa and chat which is a sarcastic bulldust. Nothing .nobody knows how to do anything. They should be shut down replace with real mental health professionals. Don't bother ringing its not worth the phone call

I have been here several times over the past years and I have found the psychologist amazing however the person from concierge is absolutely atrocious. He is so rude and condescending (spoken to him more than once) and he often talks over you and if you say you don't understand something he just keeps explaining it the same way instead of tailoring his communication. Even when telling him I am just following up on what my GP said to do and also the receptionist, he told me they don't know what they're talking about and that ... read more
