Yummy. Manager is awesome. The place to be for Saturday breakfast. Worth the wait.

The food was great. The staff was very friendly. The milkshakes were delicious. They do have a very small parking lot. And the fact that they close in the afternoon sucks. Overall, a great place though!

Great little place in downtown
City Diner is a classic breakfast restaurant. This was one of our favorite places to have breakfast on the weekends when we first moved to Richmond. They give you large portions and have affordable food. The staff is great too. The one waitress even remembered our order every time we went there! Their biscuits are amazing. Also, you can bring dogs on the patio (when it's open) and I love that.
We have been there the last 2 times we were in Richmond to visit family a s what a great,friendly,clean,and the best staff...highly recommend to all who are Looking for the best service and yummy food
