Yummy. Manager is awesome. The place to be for Saturday breakfast. Worth the wait.

City Diner is a classic breakfast restaurant. This was one of our favorite places to have breakfast on the weekends when we first moved to Richmond. They give you large portions and have affordable food. The staff is great too. The one waitress even remembered our order every time we went there! Their biscuits are amazing. Also, you can bring dogs on the patio (when it's open) and I love that.
Our first time, but we will certainly return. Food was excellent, the staff very friendly and welcoming. Got to see Luray and you can always be guaranteed she will treat you right and give the very best service. We would definitely recommend this restaurant.
