This City Dental in Westminster is not honest!! I strongly urged others to be careful if u still go to them especially your when it come to your share of cost from your insurance. When I schedule my daughter appointment and spoke to Tracy she assured me that I’ve no outer pocket on the cleaning and fillings for my daughter. This is one of the worst dentist offices ever! Even with great insurance, they’re always lying and finding ways for you to pay out of pocket. I have great teeth and was told by several dentist from other facilities. Yet, City Dental tells me “ oh we see that you need a root canal” which is false. Not to mention, they advised my wife that she needed her wisdom teeth taken out, made thee appointment months before we came in for her appointment and paid for the procedure, just to tells us when we got there she doesn’t need to g... read more
