Visited about a month ago and was very pleasantly surprised by how fast it all was. Dr. Alex reviewed the x-rays with me and made me feel comfortable in that I didn't feel like I was being forced into any procedures. I did get a filling and the staff was also super fast about that. Everyone is very friendly.
I have been going here for about two years now. The dentists do a great job. They are honest and don't scare you into doing unnecessary procedures. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and helpful.
Had a 9:00 appointment for check-up and cleaning. The office staff is so nice with the biggest smiles they make you feel comfortable from the start. I didn't have to wait. Saw Dr Alex; he also made me feel comfortable and gave suggestions on preventative care. Esmyra did the cleaning it was the most gentle cleaning I've ever had!
Have had several procedures done here, multiple root canals, fillings and cleanings. I've had no complications from any of them and practically no post-op pain while following after care instructions and they accept Medi-cal, which has been a struggle in the past to find this quality of care under such a plan. The building is clean, the atmosphere is calm, and the doctors, nurses and office staff all have patient care and comfort as a first priority.
