Too corporate. I’ve used them for years and finally gotten tired of the impersonal touch. They’ve many times made me feel guilty for not having insurance and when I finally got covered it felt like pulling teeth getting them to coordinate with my provider and form a care plan within my budget. Staff member also once told me I would get a future scan/X-ray of some kind as part of my Invisalign, but no one ever followed up and now they shrug it off like that wasn’t part of the deal.
Saw Dr.Frank for a few fillings and he thoroughly explained the process and I didn't even feel the freezing injections. Best experience I've had with a Dentist.
Everyone are so friendly and helpful, they made you feel really welcome,I like the environment.
Nice and caring staff
The whole staff is really nice. I would highly recommend Dr. Wesley , he explains everything he is going to do and Makes the treatment on the best side with minimal pain As much as possible .
