I message City Dent PDR at 7pm on a Friday night. Shane promptly responded & scheduled to look at the truck the next day. He knew I was on a time crunch to get the truck fixed and worked on the truck all day Sunday and Monday. It looked brand new and cost $1600 LESS than what Ford quoted me to fix the door. I couldn’t believe how great the door looked and couldn’t be more thankful to Shane for being so thorough and swift with the process. 10 stars out of 5 and I’d definitely recommend.
I messaged Shane after noticing that someone's door dented my front passenger side fender in a parking lot. He replied almost immediately and was very flexible to accommodate for changing schedules and weather issues. While working, he was extremely thorough. I know that it took longer than he originally anticipated, but he was willing to work as long as it took to get the repair looking as great as it turned out. Will definitely use him again if I have any other issues.
Shane was recommended to me. I called he got back with me really fast! He did an awesome job and he did it quickly and I wasn’t inconvenienced at all. Thankful for him and would highly recommend!!!!
