I really wish I can give this company more then 5 stars. Being in the customer service field as long as I have been I suppose inhale high expectations but this man Sici had stepped up and hit a grand slam! I called to inquire about purchasing a throttle cable. He said he had a few and if I knew the size which I didn't. He went and took a picture and sent it to my phone to confirm if it was the item I needed. I then further asked about repair of a chain which they can do.
