We had a terrible experience. The booking was cancelled without any notice, leaving us stranded. On top of that, when we explained that we had already paid for parking specifically for this booking, they denied any reimbursement. Completely unprofessional and careless, wasted our time and money. Would not recommend.
We went on a dinner fireworks cruise August 30th. It was an absolute amazing experience. The food was delicious. The dessert so tasty. Staff on board was very welcoming and checked on us frequently. Definitely recommend if you haven't been on a cruise. The music was not good though the dj did take requests.
We had a fantastic time attending the Randy Houser dinner cruise concert. From the moment we boarded the boat, all the staff were friendly and very helpful. The buffet food was excellent, and our waitress was super nice and very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The concert itself did not disappoint either — it was truly a memorable performance. Overall, it was a great experience that I highly recommend!
I recently attended a brunch cruise on the Spirit of Chicago through City Cruises. It was a wonderful way to reconnect with friends, support a great cause, and enjoy Chicago from a fresh perspective. The service was excellent, and I want to give special recognition to TT, who was working the upper deck bar. She went above and beyond by tracking down a bottle of rosé to complete my order. Thank you for making the experience even more memorable!
