What a pleasure to be able to provide 5 Stars . J Hernandez guided me through and educated me on much of the credit process which got me on a newer and safer motorcycle at a great rate and terms. Although I am unable to visit the branch as much as I would like, she made the process go full on smooth.
I am a City Credit Union customer of about 16 years and have always received very good service. However after assistance from your employee Ms Karla Lopez I have to upgrade to “excellent “ service. So patient, kind and knowledgeable! As a senior citizen we expect that but don’t always get it.Thank you CU for Ms Lopez!
COMPLAINT!!!!!!!!! I have been a City CU member for years, and I am on the phone holding right at this moment, now for more than 30 Min...... The rep came on after 7 min. and I needed to stop payment on a check for 50.00m she stated it would be a 35.00 fee to stop payment! I asked if a supv. could waive the fee, she said let her check, Porsha put me on hold for about 8 min., than came back and said supv. Samantha said NO, City CU, don't waive check fees?? I have been a member with city credit union for over 5 years now. I can say pre pandemic, I was very pleased with the customer service both in person and over phone and chat. Since the pandemic, as a customer we have been forced to rely heavily on the phone and chat features. I have recently had several incidents that required me to rely on these features, and as a result I am seriously considering changing banks.
