had a terrible experience with city cool air! their technicians were very rude and the ptac they installed was also installed like a 12 year old just barged the unit into the wall , there were spaces left in the sleeve and the unit started making noises after a day and i got so irritated from it that i had to call another company for the same and again spent money for their DEEDS!
we had a 20 year old suburban Ptac unit. It was not producing the heat and very loud all time.very hard to find the right people. One of my friends suggested City Cool Air, They did a great job. They replaced my old unit with the new Islandaire natural gas Ptac unit. Thanks for their help!
