City Cool Air was excellent! I needed a PTAC unit replaced, and they made the process so quick and so easy. They pulled a quote together within 30 minutes after I sent photos of the current unit (and it was very reasonably priced), and did the installation one business day later. The installation was professional and efficient. I really recommend using this company if you need a PTAC unit replaced!
