I have been using their services for over 3years now and I’m still amazed by their customer service and work. They have installed walking fridge and freezer for my bakery as well as maintenance/repair on A/C unit and compressor ( fridge, blast freezer ) you name it. Always an outstanding service
100% recommend working with City Cool, for their work ethic, prompt communication, and fair pricing. The only contractor during my condo renovation who delivered on time, which is so rare to come by. They also came by again to help troubleshoot the fan power as it was too strong. Their pricing was fair when compared to other PTAC providers. Love working with them!
I can't say they have terrible service because they never showed up to the service they scheduled with us. The person I talked to ended all four calls I had with them with "will get back to you in 20 minutes" and only got back to me after one of the calls. I don't usually write reviews but felt compelled to put out a warning here.
Great experience - installed a new PTAC unit and serviced my other existing ones. Competitive pricing and easy to schedule. Highly recommended!
BE AWARE!!! I had this company replace my ptac unit. They just shoved it in the wall without any insulation. The cold air was getting inside easily through the crack they left wide open, and on the coldest night in NYC the unit stopped working just 4 month after it was installed. My pipes froze and burst at 4 am. Burned my hands trying to turn off the valve. Had my floors damaged, and in general, was left traumatized. If I weren't home, the entire building would be damaged.
