Team City Cool Air did a phenomenal job!! From our first call, they were very professional, thorough, prompt and reasonably priced. The onsite evaluation was detailed and they sent us an estimate in a very timely and professional manner. Their install team operated like surgeons; very neat, punctual and stayed until everything was perfect. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
The service is very professional and on time. Ganesh and his crew did a great job replacing my PTAC. The price is reasonable, and they are very responsive on phone and email. Would recommend for others!
I’d give more than 5 stars if that was an option. It’s so hard to find a company that sells/installs/replaces PTAC units for residences, but I called City Cool Air and they were able to remove my 2 old broken PTAC units and install 2 newer much better ones within a matter of hours after first calling them. I got several quotes to replace three PTAC units and was quoted $14K by the first place I called who also tried to sell me a $1400 a year maintenance plan (they insisted the units need to be cleaned twice a year!). I called City Cool Air and they did the same job for MUCH less. Ganesh and his crew were so nice and super fast - he gave me tips on maintenance and explained everything (including how you do NOT need to professionally clean the units twice a year!). Pretty awful. They have zero customer service so no one responds to your voice mails and if you actually manage to get someone on the phone, they’ll tell you they’ll call back in 20 only to never respond again. Have an appointment today and have no idea when they’re coming so I’ve just been stuck waiting all day (they refuse to tell me a window). Will never use again.
