I replaced all my units. They were 50-plus years old. The brand new units work great. They were clean and efficient!

Team City Cool Air did a phenomenal job!! From our first call, they were very professional, thorough, prompt and reasonably priced. The onsite evaluation was detailed and they sent us an estimate in a very timely and professional manner. Their install team operated like surgeons; very neat, punctual and stayed until everything was perfect. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
The service is very professional and on time. Ganesh and his crew did a great job replacing my PTAC. The price is reasonable, and they are very responsive on phone and email. Would recommend for others!
I’d give more than 5 stars if that was an option. It’s so hard to find a company that sells/installs/replaces PTAC units for residences, but I called City Cool Air and they were able to remove my 2 old broken PTAC units and install 2 newer much better ones within a matter of hours after first calling them. Great professional NYC HVAC company and very fair pricing - better than any other company I spoke with and I’ve been looking for months.
