0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 0.5 Star : Repair Quality I am waiting for a call from the owners to discuss the repairs on my vehicle. I paid $1000 deposit to have parts in stock before I left my vehicle. Promised 2 weeks but the repair took 6 weeks. I had to pay out of pocket to extend my rental vehicle. Since the repair the autopilot is not working so now I will need that fixed. Very disappointed. 2.5 Star : Customer Service Veronica was wonderful, JP a real disappointment.
0 Star : My Experience Poor communication system. Took 3 months to get my car back. Had to call and wait even the day of pick up. Poor explanation of my vehicle status. People actually don’t know what is going on the vehicle. When i ask question all i heard was “I don’t know” or “some kind of issue”. Worst part: my Card key was almost cracked. It was one month old, which was new card key.

0 Star : My Experience I was told my car would be ready in less than 2 weeks, and ended up waiting well over a month. The car was then overdue to be returned to BMW and ended up costing me $552 registration for a car that was returned. Next time don’t over promise.

Only spoke with your front desk employees when I dropped off my car and when I picked up my car.
