5 Star : My Experience This is the third time this year that I have had to had my Tesla repaired (bad luck and crazy people!). The first time, I went to City Collision at the recommendation of the Tesla Dealer. They did a fantastic job. The 2nd time, my insurance company had me go somewhere else. 0 Star : My Experience My car was in the shop over 2 months. I kept getting told that it would be ready at the end of the week. And every week, nothing. Then I try using my credit card to pay, which is completely normal, and the owner was throwing a baby fit. Sorry I gave you guys my business and 11k. Go cry about it
5 Star : My Experience City Collision Center (Stanton) was one of the best decision that I have made. My car was in great condition and exceeded my expectations. Amaury was very helpful and had me informed through the entire process.

But, communication was poor at best, calls were not returned as promised and battery cables were not reconnected which left us stranded. 3.5 Star : Repair Quality Lack of timely communication and incomplete mechanical service. 2.5 Star : Customer Service Phone calls not returned and updates not provided as promised.
