0 Star : My Experience Took very long for repairs (4-5 weeks). Pick Up experience was horrible. Had to wait a long time at the shop to just pick up my car. No one went over the repairs, and the dirty paper mat was just left in the car. Had to dispose of it myself. One of the Emblems was missing from my model x, and so far, have not received a response as to whether they have been mailed out to me or not.
