Eric immediately assessed the damage and was able to take my vehicle in same day and begin the process. He even got me an uber home so I didn’t have to call for a ride. The communication/updates 2 times per week kept me informed and not wandering what was going on with my vehicle. They let me know once the car was ready and the pickup was just as easy.
