SERVICE CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!! On Monday, April 16th my GOLF R suddenly stopped running. No warning signs, simply died and wouldn't start again. I called VW roadside to have it towed to City VW to diagnose the problem. I was informed the water pump failed and VWofA had approved a new motor to be installed and covered by my warranty. terrible serivce, do NOT buy a car from here – DO NOT DO BUY A CAR FROM HERE.....terrible service. My initial salesperson was new and knew absolutely nothing about the car or much about the company. When presented with the financing options they pushed all the extended warranties and extra upgrades on me. The first worksheet they handed me gave a grand total of almost $4000 over the price of the car.
