wish I could give this zero stars, very rude and unprofessional. unfortunately signed a lease through them and regretted it because they gave no guidance or help after we paid the brokers fee. for our current apartment we were given under 24 hours notice for an apartment viewing and after saying we had presentations/were busy with online calls, they still showed up and tried to physically force the door open, refusing to leave even when we reiterated that it was a bad time and to reschedule.
