I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the leasing office at Center Center on 7th Ave, particularly with leasing agent Larron. I applied for a townhome unit that was scheduled to be available in May 2025. After confirming its availability with the leasing office, I proceeded with my application, received an approval email, submitted all required documents, and paid the initial deposit. I visited this property as a tour. When I tell you this property is like no other, I cancelled all the rest of my tour appointments. The staff was friendly, professional and the property was well kept. The apartment itself was top tier, I was sold when I saw the island in the kitchen, the walk in closet in the master room and the balcony. The prices were a bit up there though.
