Audrey was very kind and very good. She knows that I have fairly serious TMJ issues and always does her best to clean my teeth as fast as she can.
We drive 50 miles to come here and will keep doing it. Everyone in this office is kind and very pleasant. They make the appointment really enjoyable while providing first rate dentistry.
Courtney, who cleaned my teeth, was amazingly gentle and made the experience so nice. She was exceptional.
I received a text message saying my appointment was at 7 however when I arrived at the office I was informed it was at 730 even though I presented the text to the receptionist. So now I have thirty minutes to wait. I tried connecting to the internet utilizing the office code provided. And for the duration of the visit I had no access. The assistant came to greet me after 30 minutes and only said " I am Dr Pierson assistant". I said ok well what's your name? Tami does an excellent job for my 91 year old dad! She will sacrifice her lunch time in cleaning his difficult teeth if necessary! She is super compassionate and caring! THANKS!!!!
I hadnât been to the dentist in about a decade so I was definitely nervous going in. The facility is comfortable and clean and everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly a professional. Chris, Whitney, and Justin were fantastic to work with and really put me at ease. They took the time to explain each step of what they were doing and were just so friendly. Iâm genuinely excited to go back and get some things addressed with my teeth and Iâve already referred them to a friend. 10/10 service and staff!
