RecommendedWe go there often and had good experiences. our visit yesterday was a little frustrating. We asked for sweet tea, received water; waited a good while before our waitress took our good order. Finally got our sweet tea, but had to ask for refills. Gave our waitress our money to pay for our meal, and she shorted our change $10. Needless to say, not happy. (Yes, we got our $10)

Went for breakfast order messed up pricy servicegood
RecommendedLoved the food selection. something for everyone! we were in town for river rafting and our guide Cheese from Sunburst suggested we try it. the cheesecake was to die for! loved everything about it.
Surprised when I googled directions to the closest City Cafe, thinking Lee Highway and it came back 2.5 miles away in Cleveland! Didn't even know it was there. We have eaten at all three locations now and all three have been fantastic and consistent. Hard to beat the food and especially the value. We eat there every time we are close!
I can't say enough about the meals here. Our entire group was well fed and satisfied. The food was served hot by a very polite and attentive server named Alison. Her pleasant demeanor was very pleasant. Every meal was delicious. And the desserts are outstanding. Not one of us finished our meals and had to take them home. Great restaraunt. Will will return even though it is an hour drive to get there.
We stop there once a month if not more great service and food is great and lots of it. Staff can take some ribbing and give it right back

this place is horrible. i will never come back. the food was freezing cold & felt like it had been sitting out for hours. our waiter Marcus i believe his name was (who is also "new") walked away when we told him our food was cold and it was made wrong. the manager acted a fool and neither one would come back to the table because of them messing up our food. if you either live in cleveland or you are passing through and happen to be hungry. PLEASE DO NOT STOP HERE!!
