poor customer service. placed a lunch order to be picked up. it was wrong and management suggested if I wanted to come back they would replace it. I'M AT WORK! get the order right!
Me and my family ate here today and all I can say is this is now our new Favorite place to eat. I recommend everything. Seafood was cooked perfectly and the Gyro platter was spot on. Son had steak nachos and they were piled high. And the canoli cake and mint choc chip cake were to die for.
We have been going to City Cafe Diner in Cleveland since the doors opened. Best service, best food, biggest servings & their desserts are amazing. We were familiar with City Cafe Diner because we had been at the Bonnie Oaks location & downtown location several times & always enjoyed our visit. If you want a great dining experience, visit the City Cafe Diner in Cleveland, we believe it to be the best in town!

I enjoyed the food every time I’ve eaten there. However after seeing the recent Facebook posts of someone identifying herself as an employee there I can’t bring myself to go back.
