We love to come from Harlingen to City Cafe to see Steve Jennings (whose Mother was the famous Phylis Jennings on Channel 4} and eat wonderfully cooked very fresh food at City Cafe! Can’t wait to see new look. One of my favorite restaurants in beautiful South Texas. Great service and great food!
RecommendedI highly recommend City Cafe. All of the entrees we have ordered have been delicious and Steve is the greatest. He makes sure each customer is happy and feels welcomed!
