The lady Annet was stunning the greatest customer rep ever very nice and polite.The driver was great very nice and helpful. Thank you again you saved my night lady's and gentleman ! i would recommend this service to anyone.

I travel to Billings for medical care. I use City Cab every time I go there, several times a day. Service is always promt, and the drivers are great. I always feel safe and in good company, and the dispatchers are great as well. I definitely recommend City Cab.

Thanks for making me over an hour late to work. Called at 1 o'clock for a ride, no one shows up after an hour. Call back 5 times and tells me to call someone else and hangs up... Great customer service you got there.

Called this place at 4:15 to have them pick up a friend at the airport at 4:40. They were 45 minutes late, and the driver didn't know how to get to the destination which was 15 minutes away. He didn't even have a GPS, he had to call in on his CB radio to get directions. They also only take cash, no credit or debit cards. Do not recommend.

Don't even want to give one star. Used them quite a few times in the last year, no issues. Today I called at 2:30pm and asked a price for a trip. Was told $6 each way. It's 2.5 miles. I called back at 4:00 and ordered a taxi for 5:45. Taxi came, driver called in and was told would be $11. I said I was told $6. Driver called in again and the guy said I never asked for the price. So I got out, not paying $11 each way for 2.5 miles. I calljled the office and got the same guy who said I never asked for a price, and it's $9 plus ... read more

Im giving 5 star's. The despatcher's speak clearly. The driver's are all great as well. I have to take a cab daily just about. Of course there are day's that are busier than other's and i have a lil wait time. Of course people are going to pop on here when they have a lil bad experience. You never hear about the experience's that are good. Kudos for city cab!!

I am giving it one star because I can't give it any less I called for the taxi from Walmart and they said it would be about 20 minutes I waited an hour and I called back and they said the guy was on his way 30 minutes later I called back and asked the guy if the driver got lost because he told me he was on his way to pick me up and this town isn't that big. The dispatcher was very rude and he told me that I could just go to another cab company if I was tired of waiting for them this is the worst taxi company I had ever seen ... read more

Wow ! Can not believe how right on all the other reviews are. We we called the night before person on phone was polite. We asked for a cab to be here at 2:20 AM to make a plane . Had to make several calls . It is now 3:00 AM and they just NOW show up! Wish I could be that incompetent at my job!
