Hmmm ! So my experience was blah Bought an $80,000 truck, just over 20,000 kms started getting a humming from up front, oh it also died at just two months old, brought it to the dealer and figured it would have been under warranty but ended up with a 1,200 bill lol anyways not blasting the employees here they are doing what they are told, just a warning not to buy anything General Motors / Buick they are all crap and go out and buy a Toyota something that will last and you won’t get ripped off, Have a great day people,
Very good service
For the last 45 days or more I have been waiting for a response from City Buick on how and when they will be fixing the damage to my car caused by thier service tech during what should have been a routine maintence appt. It all started with a routine oil change and tire rotation, oil change went fine but when it came to the tire rotation the tech failed to follow standard procedures for that type of job as one would learn if properly trained and supported.
