Am very upset with the Asian lady that works there, my lashes are unequal the brow tint didn't catch then she charged me for eye brow threading I didn't request. It was my first time brow tinting there, I wasn't aware threading isn't part of it on central Ave in front of T-Mobile is included and does a better job. Never again. A waste of money and time. Don't come here. SMH now am stuck two weeks with uneven eyelashes.

My wife went in for eyebrow threading and came out horrified by the service. She arrived around 5 PM, well before the store's closing time at 8 PM, but the staff member was already hesitant to take her as a customer. The woman who did the threading was very rude and unprofessional, and she made it clear that she wanted to hurry through the service so she could close the store early. She is the best! I really liked her service. I did my eyebrows and lashes for my engagement, and they look stunning ! She is talented and does her work with love and care. I recommend her to all!
