Wrong price, wrong coffee/food, un-cooked food, etc. Then expect to be given rude attitude at the drive-thru window as if you’re an inconvenience. Never trust the statement, “I’ll have your total at the window.” It means the person who took your order tried to memorize it and is a 100% guarantee that it will not be correct. Was very disappointed today with my experience. My coffee was amazing but I ordered a peanut butter cookie with my coffee and to my disappointment it was burned. Would have returned it but I waited in drive thru way too long and my lunch break was over and had to hurry back to work. I feel like they knew it was because they put the already wrapped cookie in a pastry bag and they have never served them like that before to me.
I love this place never have had an issue with them
City brew is awesome. Way better coffee and customer service than crappy starbucks.
