Unbelievably rude and ghetto prison service. He is angry. The technician, C*****, who claimed to own the establishment had a very bad attitude. He belittled my family because we had overlooked a leak in the washer system for some time that resulted in a pervasive rust. He failed to complete the job and returned on three occasions only to report that he needed more pieces to complete the repair. Our records indicate a Service Call was performed on July 9th 2016. The original complaint was the Washer wouldn't drain. Upon arrival the Technician noticed the (Door Bellow) had a tear in it. A price was given for the repair, and half the cost was paid upfront. The technician returned that Monday on July 11,2016 to complete the repair. Due to the prospect continuing to use the Washer with a leak (several screws) were rusted out and had to be drilled out.
