THEY DO NOT ALLOW REFUNDS. But they don't put that information in a place everyone can see. No, they put that in a small corner of their website customers would not notice unless they took the time to look around. I just lost $350 because I couldn't make the show and they won't take the tickets back to sell to someone else who can go.
