Visited the bike shop and the customer service was top notch. After having experienced a Road Snob @ another bike shop, the staff at City Bike was not only welcoming and genuine, but honest and knowledgable as well. The shop had a nice layout with a mixture of bikes and accessories more in tune with the cycling culture than most of your larger chain stores. Thanks again for all the help with my rig!
Always very knowledgeable, friendly, and just awesome in general. Working downtown, they are SO convenient for my bike care needs and supplies/gear.
They have fancy stuff and not so fancy stuff in here, a perfect place to go for a biker that needs to get the necessary part that he needs and has the money to buy them.
