Visited the bike shop and the customer service was top notch. After having experienced a Road Snob @ another bike shop, the staff at City Bike was not only welcoming and genuine, but honest and knowledgable as well. The shop had a nice layout with a mixture of bikes and accessories more in tune with the cycling culture than most of your larger chain stores. Thanks again for all the help with my rig!
