Great group of guys. All very helpful, professional and very willing to make sure whatever you buy is right for you. I purchased a bike for Jeanne, had it a couple days and discovered it just wasn't the right bike for her( my bad, should have had her test it before I bought it), but they took it back no questions asked and applied the cost towards another bike. Leo and Kevin were great to deal with! They switched all the attachments, made adjustments, etc at no charge. Besides all that, just a bunch of good, friendly people.... read more
Great Bike Shop.... If you want a selection of Surly or All City Bikes in SW Florida, THIS IS THE PLACE! Friendly, knowledgeable, staff. I drove 100 miles to get to this bike shop...found a Surly KM that went home with me, I will be back for others...N+1 type of guy. And of course, what a GREAT dog......

Leo at City Bike Tampa took my reservation for a road bike rental, and when I came to town, outfitted it with ease and got me on the road where I belong. Two hours and 30 miles later in the Tampa sunshine, I had my days exercise with a beautiful view from the seat. I wouldn't hesitate to call on the shop again.
Great bike shop that is very knowledgeable, well priced, and has the best personalities that I have seen in a staff! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Rented a Jamis Ventura Comp for the weekend. The bike was in great shape and properly tuned. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Leo set up the bike exactly how I asked. I would definitely rent here again.
