This place was absolutely amazing. Fast and friendly service. The food was great. Best of all was our server at the front Nicole. She was very friendly and very helpful. Above and beyond service from Nicole all round thank you for a wonderful time.
We came on a Sunday evening and ordered pulled pork, brisket, and some ribs. The person taking our order told us the ribs were coming right out of the smoker just as we ordered and would be worth the wait. We also got collard greens and baked beans as sides. We got our food lightning fast. Everything was delicious but the fresh ribs were the star of the show. They were some of the best I’ve had in Grand Rapids with a great run seasoning them perfectly. I don’t like writing reviews but something needs to change. I’ve been here a few time and every time my wife and I are here they are always out of pork so you have to get chicken I don’t come to a bbq place for chicken. I had the pulled chicken and it wasn’t that good. This is the last time we are coming here. Friday 1/30/26 my wife and I stood in line for around 20 mins and there was 4 people in front of us and they were trying to order pork and the cashier said they were completely out of pork again. Food is good enough. Ordered curbside take out, waited for 20 minutes past my pick up time, called the store, they said someone would bring it out right away, waited another 15 minutes until I decided to unload my daughter and go in to see what was going on. All the employees were behind the counter just chit chatting while my food was right there on the counter getting cold. "My bad my guy" was all I got..
