I have bought two cars from City Auto. They financed me when no one else would, and helped me rebuild my credit. When a deer damaged the initial car, Damon did the repairs in-house, at cost. Yes, the initial car was bought at a crazy interest rate because I couldn't get Bank financing. However, two years later I was able to trade-in and get financing with the credit union. When we purchased our vehicle we were assured that they were a reputable company. I found them to be rude and condescending today. It's been 25 days since we purchased and I called inquiring about the title. The first person I spoke with had no idea what to do and kept putting me on hold after awhile a Shane came on the line to tell me he had 30 days by state law to get that to me. My boyfriend bought a 2003 350z from Alex. He was assured it was a great car. We got it off of the lot and a few miles away after buying it and the catalytic converters were rattling. He bought this car July 27th and has driven it maybe 10-15 times since and the rest of the time it’s been in the garage on stands so it can be worked on. We have come to the conclusion he has to replace the whole motor. 10/10 would not recommend. The only thing these people care about is a paycheck.
Alex and everyone up there at City Auto Sales was so easy to work with. They are very informative and super easy to talk to. Next time you need a car, go see these guys. I promise you won’t be disappointed! They have a really good variety to choose from.
