Purchased a 2012 Malibu January 2025. Car isnt running. Vehicle wiring is rigged up so bad. Customer service after the sale doesn't exist. I cant say anything but DO NOT PURCHASE any vehicle from City. If you car goes to them take a time and date stamp of the mileage, positive rolling mileage back and up is happening. very bad service i bought cargo van and since the second day it has been failing , i took it in for a check up they had it in the shop for week,, they said they fixed and the problem continues .. i took it to the mechanic and it trurns out that they deactivated the check engine light and not only that .. several codes appeared when the was checked with the computer it s disappointing
On June 19th I dropped off my newly purchased 2019 Audi A6 to have the car serviced under warranty for a rattling noise coming from the front suspension. This was about one week after picking the car up for the first time. I reached out to the dealer on June 20th and they stated that my car had not been looked at and would probably be pushed to get it looked at by tomorrow. purchased a vehicle August 25 2021 and come to find out this past October that this vehicle the bank nor I have the title. I have not been able to drive since November since you need a title to get plates have not received any news in over a week regarding title. So I'm stuck in limbo with a no vehicle to drive until this is sorted out.
